Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-29P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-29P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RNU1-29P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-29P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KICH, THCA, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU1-29P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
