RNA, U1 small nuclear 21, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-21P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-21P expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU1-21P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RNU1-21P RNA expression shows 6,817 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, COAD, and LUAD as cancer lineages where RNU1-21P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU1-21P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU1-21P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (7). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU1-21P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU1-21P expression shows unfavorable associations in BLCA, THCA, BRCA, UCEC and KIRC, but favorable associations in STAD. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU1-21P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU1-21P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU1-21P shows higher tumor expression in COAD and LUAD. The COAD box plot shows higher RNU1-21P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.259, t-test p = .026).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with RNU1-21P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, RNU1-21P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with LUAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
