Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-20P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-20P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU1-20P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-20P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU1-20P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
