Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,269 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU1-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are U2-type prespliceosome assembly, Neural tube development, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with RNU1-2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-2-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-2 results are reported.
