RNU1-138P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-138P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,962 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU1-138P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with RNU1-138P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-138P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-138P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU1-138P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU1-138P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
