RNU1-134P

associated omics data
RNA, U1 small nuclear 134, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-134P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-134P expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU1-134P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU1-134P RNA expression shows 7,274 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRC, and LAML as cancer lineages where RNU1-134P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU1-134P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU1-134P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU1-134P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU1-134P expression shows unfavorable associations in THCA, UCEC, UVM, CESC and KIRC, but favorable associations in BLCA. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU1-134P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU1-134P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU1-134P shows higher tumor expression in KIRC, HNSC, BLCA, BRCA, COAD and LIHC. The KIRC box plot shows higher RNU1-134P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.286, t-test p < 0.001).
