Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-108P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-108P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU1-108P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-108P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNU1-108P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
