RNPS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, WDCP, and POLR1C. Each is linked with RNPS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
