RNPEPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPEPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,192 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA8R, MYRF-AS1, and MYRF. Each is linked with RNPEPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNPEPL1 versus GOLGA8R in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPEPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPEPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
