Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,682 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODR4, ADIPOR1, and PEX19. Each is linked with RNPEP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNPEP versus ODR4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
