Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNPEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNPEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA10B, TRIM16L, and RNU6-770P. Each is linked with RNPEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNPEP-to-partner and partner-to-RNPEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA10B grouped by RNPEP-low versus RNPEP-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNPEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNPEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
