RNMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEZF1, UGT2B4, and TGM6. Each is linked with RNMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNMT-to-partner and partner-to-RNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEZF1 grouped by RNMT-low versus RNMT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
