Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNH1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNH1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, SKCM, and SARC are the cancer types where RNH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
