Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ANTXR2, and OLFML1. Each is linked with RNH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNH1-to-partner and partner-to-RNH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNH1 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
