RNFT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNFT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,457 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNFT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC1A7, ATP5MGP6, and MFNG. Each is linked with RNFT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNFT2-to-partner and partner-to-RNFT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 versus SLC1A7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNFT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNFT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
