RNFT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNFT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNFT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B2-IT1, RPS29P25, and NBPF5P. Each is linked with RNFT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNFT2-to-partner and partner-to-RNFT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2-IT1 grouped by RNFT2-low versus RNFT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNFT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNFT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
