RNFT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNFT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNFT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAC1, RBMY1J, and OR5V1. Each is linked with RNFT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNFT2-to-partner and partner-to-RNFT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAC1 grouped by RNFT2-low versus RNFT2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNFT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNFT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
