RNF6P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF6P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,497 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF6P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P28, EIF1P6, and RNU7-128P. Each is linked with RNF6P1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF6P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF6P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
