Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF6 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
