Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF41 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF41 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF41 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNF41 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
