RNF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH3, APOB, and PKD1L1. Each is linked with RNF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF4-to-partner and partner-to-RNF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH3 grouped by RNF4-low versus RNF4-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
