Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,351 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, SPAG5, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with RNF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF4-to-partner and partner-to-RNF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF4 versus KIF11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
