RNF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARRDC3-AS1, BTBD10, and LIN7C. Each is linked with RNF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF4-to-partner and partner-to-RNF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARRDC3-AS1 grouped by RNF4-low versus RNF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
