Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF34 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNF34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
