RNF34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,772 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBNO1, SART3, and SRSF9. Each is linked with RNF34 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF34-to-partner and partner-to-RNF34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF34 versus SBNO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
