Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF34 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,973 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF34-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPG, BOLA3P4, and MAN2C1. Each is linked with RNF34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF34-to-partner and partner-to-RNF34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF34 versus ASPG in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
