Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,904 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling. Each is linked with RNF34 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF34-to-partner and partner-to-RNF34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle process grouped by RNF34-low versus RNF34-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
