Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF32-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L2, OR6J1, and SPINK14. Each is linked with RNF32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF32-to-partner and partner-to-RNF32 results are reported.
