RNF31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,674 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R1A, RNF8, and EPHA2. Each is linked with RNF31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF31-to-partner and partner-to-RNF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF31 versus PPP2R1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
