Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, miRNA processing, and Post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with RNF31 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF31-to-partner and partner-to-RNF31 results are reported.
