Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF25 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNF25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNF25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
