RNF25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,865 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUVBL2, ILKAP, and ZFAND2B. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF25 versus RUVBL2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
