RNF25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,616 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2, SH3BP4, and FARSB. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF25 versus MAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
