Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,649 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC2, RPE, and CUL3. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF25 versus ARPC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
