RNF25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF25 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, aDC, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by RNF25-low versus RNF25-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
