Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,723 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA covalent cross-linking repair, Protein deneddylation, and Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.
