RNF24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, C1S, and RASAL3. Each is linked with RNF24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF24-to-partner and partner-to-RNF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF24 versus USP39 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
