Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,717 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are HYAL1, FAAH, and ABCG2. Each is linked with RNF24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF24-to-partner and partner-to-RNF24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF24 versus HYAL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
