RNF24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-13P, OR51G1, and USP17L16P. Each is linked with RNF24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF24-to-partner and partner-to-RNF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-13P grouped by RNF24-low versus RNF24-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
