Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80. Each is linked with RNF24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF24-to-partner and partner-to-RNF24 results are reported.
