Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,875 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with RNF24 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF24-to-partner and partner-to-RNF24 results are reported.
