Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF227 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,377 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF227-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, PFAS, and METTL16. Each is linked with RNF227 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF227-to-partner and partner-to-RNF227 results are reported.
