Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF224 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,245 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF224-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with RNF224 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF224-to-partner and partner-to-RNF224 results are reported.
