Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF216P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,773 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF216P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK1, VSIR_S235, and ZNF316_S112. Each is linked with RNF216P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF216P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF216P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
