Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF216P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNF216P1 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNF216P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF216P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UCS show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where RNF216P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
