The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNF215 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF215 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF215 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
