RNF215

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF215 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF215-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, IFT27, and ITGB5. Each is linked with RNF215 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF215-to-partner and partner-to-RNF215 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF215 versus SEC14L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF215→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF215) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
