Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF215 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF215-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP1B, RSL1D1, and TBL3. Each is linked with RNF215 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF215-to-partner and partner-to-RNF215 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF215 versus RRP1B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF215→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF215) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
