Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF215 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,580 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF215-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein catabolic process, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism.
