RNF214

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF214 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF214-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, RNU4-73P, and TRIM51GP. Each is linked with RNF214 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF214-to-partner and partner-to-RNF214 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by RNF214-low versus RNF214-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF214→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
